just bought a new piece of hardware for the stripped down drum kit I’m building. (drummers buy the weirdest shit.) this is a clamp thing to attach a second cymbal to a stand. it helps keep the “footprint” smaller.

the weirdest bit was it took me nearly 20 minutes to free it from its shrink wrapped package. I mean, they package eggs in something that will crush under the weight of the morning mail, & cold forged chisels in packages that take a cold forged chisel to open.
