Something easy on the ear for #Sunday. I was a serious classical guitarist in the 80s but eventually left that world. I do revisit it on occasion, though my chops aren’t what they were.
Here’s a lovely early #17thcentury century #lute duet by #WilliamLawes I recorded on #guitar a few months ago. The photos are of #EgnerChapel at #Muhlenberg College, where I performed many times as an undergrad.

@mikebabyak this is lovely, gentle, full of dignity-- elegant and warm all at the same time. thank you for posting. I met Paul Odette many years ago and have been enamored of lute music since then.
@majordopolis One of my favorite players, for sure. Part of that generation that really revived the historically authentic style of playing the lute.
